msdfgen: update tinyxml2 dependency to 10.0.0

Specify library name and version: msdfgen/1.10

Somewhat recent versions of Musl, used in Alpine Linux in particular, removed support for glibc extensions functions.
Version 9.0.0 made use of these, 10.0.0 does not anymore. cf leethomason/tinyxml2#945
