Pass --extra-meta for rattler-build

Solution to issue cannot be found in the documentation.

Issue

Right now we don't pass the --extra-meta flag for osx/linux builds:

conda-smithy/conda_smithy/templates/run_osx_build.sh.tmpl

Line 117 in 5dafc25

--extra-meta flow_run_id="$flow_run_id" remote_url="$remote_url" sha="$sha"

We need to fix this and pass them as we do for windows
