Update yarn installation check with proper command #1555

According to the yarn docs, yarn --version is the command to detect correct installation of yarn, it seems yarnpkg command is no longer in use.

Thanks for clarifying that. I installed yarn using the windows installer, but it doesn't add an alias for yarnpkg.cmd to the PATH, so I'll submit a bug over there.
