Provide a wrapper to run
antsLongitudinalCorticalThickness.sh.Neck trimming is performed before running, as with the cross-sectional script.
Additionally, each T1w is registered to the template so that the origin of physical space can be transferred from the template to each session. This prevents template drift from different anatomical placement of the origins between sessions.
