With #3904 successfully taking effect pretty much immediately, I noticed that the country flags hadn't replaced Microsoft's odd approach to "flag" emotes yet, even when emptying the filterlists buffer.
So I did some searching in the repo and (hopefully) narrowed it down to the i18n.js file. This PR adds the flags of the previous PR's 5 new emote codes, plus FO and BA for when I'd feel the time would be right for me to add extra flags to my own lists.
