This repository contains instructions and command-lines covered in our workshop, "Getting Over the T2T Finish Line".

For a more detailed, general genome assembly tutorial, please refer to the HPRC training material. This material was developed to share genome assembly and evaluation strategies used by the HPRC, in Rome 2024. It covers a veriety of details that won't be covered in our workshop.

• IGV - Command line IGV recommended for memory optimization
• Datasets - tutorial.tar.gz for assembly hands-on, use URLs for curation
