berkeley-schema-fy24 is frozen until further notice

  • Development of PRs is still allowed.

  • PRs can be brought up for team review in regularly scheduled Monday and Wednesday schema/metadata meetings if the PR does not

    • change the expressiveness of the schema
    • make previously valid data invalid
    • make previously invalid data valid

  • Please ask the rollout task leaders for review in advance.

  • We anticipate merging this repo into nmdc-schema into this repo in October 2024, at which time the freeze will be lifted.
