[Remote Store] Add support for Remote Translog Store upload stats in _nodes/stats/ API

Description

This PR adds the support for exposing stats related to Remote Translog Store (RTS) upload operations introduced in #9263 under the _nodes/stats/ API. We also add rollup logic to surface aggregated visibility on RTS operations at the level of indices and nodes.

A sample response with these changes would look like:
