Slicing results in lots of small extrusions instead of gapfill (which clogs extruder) #4106

3D printer brand / version + firmware version (if known)

Prusa i3 MK3s

Behavior

The object is wrongly sliced with lots of small extrusions instead of a gap fill at a certain point (8mm, layer 40 in case of this example). This made the print fail on my printer due to clogging of the extruder.

If I enable 'detect thin walls' the same issues occurs, but at a different location (3.4 mm, layer 17)
