AWS Service Spec packages to latest versions.

#27394 added back the synthetics module for CDK release v2.100.0 due to an issue with the peer dependencies that has since been fixed. Since synthetics is stabilized, the alpha module can be safely deleted now. There was logic in `aws-glue-alpha.Job` that expected `SparkUIProps.prefix` to be specified in the form `/prefix-name`, instead of the more conventional `prefix-name/`. This fix addresses the validation and handling of this prefix field to support the correct format. BREAKING CHANGE: `SparkUIProps.prefix` strings in the original `/prefix-name` format will now result in a validation error. To retain the same behavior, prefixes must be changed to the new `prefix-name/` format. This PR resolves errors in the integration test library when users run identical assertions multiple times. This change ensures that each use of `awsApiCall`, `httpApiCall`, and `invokeFunction` has a unique identifier, even when multiple identical assertions are used in the same context. We introduced a `uniqueAssertionId` function in the `DeployAssert` construct that maintains backward compatibility with the old id rendering scheme, but prevents the use of conflicting construct ids by tracking the usage of ids and differentiating them where there's a conflict. The `HttpApiCall` handler only supports endpoints that return JSON. Also let it handle regular strings, if the endpoint returns something that is not parseable as JSON. A StepFunctionStartExecution ScheduleTarget was implemented similar to the already existing [LambdaInvoke](https://github.com/aws/aws-cdk/blob/b2a895ef285e5451e64c21e179172e998c479582/packages/%40aws-cdk/aws-scheduler-targets-alpha/lib/lambda-invoke.ts#L8) target. I've added an integration test, which will trigger an eventbridge schedule once. This schedule has a step function as a target. This PR adds a new SubnetFilter ,`CidrRangesSubnetFilter`, which filter subnets if they are included in a given list of CIDR ranges. This becomes helpful if a VPC has multiple CIDR ranges and you want to select subnets for only a specific CIDR range or multiple. Note: It is a bit difficult to write unit tests as CDK doesn't have the ability to add a secondary CIDR to a VPC. …7505) This is just a hunch, but [this](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/67849132/verdaccio-publish-new-package) stack overflow answer claims that the `deprecated` tag equals malformed package.json and that is the reason for the `no such package available` error I am seeing in testing. We've added this `deprecated` tag before and it's been fine and as far as I know we don't use Verdaccio when we release but only when we test (not entirely sure of the truthfulness of that statement). …tain intrinsics" (#27358) Closes #27343 From v2.93.0 (#26404), we hotswap ECS task definition in the following steps: 1. Calculate patch from old/new CFn template 2. Apply the patch to the task definition fetched from describeTaskDefinition API 3. register the new task definition and update services The root cause of the issue #27343 is the order of containerDefinitions array is somehow shuffled when deployed to ECS, so the patch calculated from CFn template becomes invalid. For example, when the containerDefinitions in a CFn template is like below: ```json "ContainerDefinitions": [ { "Name": "main", "Image": "imageA" }, { "Name": "sidecar", "Image": "imageB" } ], ``` the deployed task definition can sometimes become like this: ```json "ContainerDefinitions": [ { "Name": "sidecar", "Image": "imageB" }, { "Name": "main", "Image": "imageA" } ], ``` This makes a patch calculated from CFn template diff completely invalid. We can sort both CFn template and the response of describeTaskDefinition API in a deterministic order, but it is still unreliable because there can be more arrays whose order will be shuffled. [The response of describeTaskDefinition](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonECS/latest/APIReference/API_DescribeTaskDefinition.html#API_DescribeTaskDefinition_ResponseSyntax) has many array fields, and it is not documented if they may be shuffled or not. I guess we should completely abandon this approach, because it cannot be reliable enough. I have an idea for more reliable approach, but at least it should be reverted asap as it's breaking the ECS hotswap feature.
