Work Hours and Remote Work

Your schedule is free and you can work remotely. This applies to all our employees, no matter where they are. We don't keep any record of hours worked, and we don't have any rules about when your working day should start and end. As long as you satisfy the needs of your project and of common sense, you determine your own schedule in whatever way suits your life.

Our only requirement is that your work at ivelum be your full-time job. You can't work part-time, unless specifically agreed upon otherwise.
