Touch Screen Problems Which Are Not Resolved by Control Center Preferences
Go to Control Panel in Windows. Find “Tablet PC” settings.
In there, select the touchscreen and configure it. When you put a touchscreen in, windows assumes it’s the main screen. Even though it isn’t, it will apply the touch response to the main screen instead of the screen you’re actually touching.
If your computer cannot find Tablet PC Settings then you can create a new shortcut with the following target in order to gain access to the settings.
